ABC verses to ditch depression

One of the best ways I’ve found to fight off depression is to cling to the truth of a verse and meditate on that instead of whatever I’ve allowed my mind to dwell on that has led to emotional anguish.

I’ve written a devotional book called “Ditch Depression Devotional: 31 Days to Biblical Hope, Peace and Emotional Balance.” In this book, I highly suggest coming up with an ABC list of verses from which to choose when you need to find some quick spiritual relief. My own personal ABC list follows, and each one contains a link to a 5x7 downloadable and printable verse picture to go with it. If you find some you like, print and frame.
