- Sheet Music: Perhaps you want to learn verses set to music. This site contains simple sheet music to nearly 40 Old and New Testament Bible verses, especially appropriate for teaching children.
- Free Photos: Scripture Pictures. Post the Scriptures in your house or print and frame some Scripture Pictures as a gift for a friend or loved one. (You can find $1.50 frames to put them in at a Good Will store.)
- Beginning in Christ: The FreshStart ebook, Your New Life in Christ is a six-lesson study/workbook on what to do immediately after accepting Christ as Savior. Take a new believer through it. (Topics are assurance of salvation; the Bible; prayer; dependence on God; victory over sin; and fellowship with other Christians.)
- Studies and White Papers: There are several. The Celebrate Recovery from Nehemiah study is appropriate to go through with those overcoming addictions.

About Us
Richmond converted to Christ from Buddhism at a Baptist church shortly after he moved to the United States from Malaysia more than 30 years ago. He feels compelled to pass the truth on to others and spends hours every week mining the depths of the Bible. His hobbies are gardening, cooking and photography.
Jody was originally influenced for Christ as a teenager at Kansas City Youth for Christ where she accepted Him as her Savior. She has a degree in biblical studies from Calvary Bible College, Kansas City, Mo. Her hobbies are writing/blogging (she is a freelance writer for foodservice trade publications and regularly posts to this blog), card stamping, reading and eating what Richmond cooks.
We met in 1996 at the Baptist church in which Richmond was saved (in Kansas City) and were married in 1997. Our life mission is 2 Cor. 5:18-20: And all things are of God, who hath reconciled us to himself by Jesus Christ, and hath given to us the ministry of reconciliation; To wit, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them; and hath committed unto us the word of reconciliation. Now then we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God did beseech you by us: we pray you in Christ’s stead, be ye reconciled to God.
We live in Kauai, Hawaii and are involved in Amazing Grace Baptist Church.
What we believe
- God is a triune God—God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit. We are non-charismatic.
- Jesus obeyed the Father, lived that perfect life of righteousness that we couldn’t live, died on the cross to take the punishment for our sin and disobedience, rose again the third day and is seated at the right hand of God making intercession for us. (That story never gets old, does it?)
- He will return soon bodily and take us to be with Him forever.
- The Scriptures were inspired and preserved as the infallible Word of God. It contains everything we need for life and godliness. No one should add to it or take away from it.
- The local church is where we function as the Body of Christ, and as we all do our gifted part, we look like Christ to the world.
- Knowing all this, we have a message to share and to support. We are evangelical, believing it is our place to share the gospel through evangelism and missions. It is also our place to make disciples who also will do the same.
